Douglas Daining, M.D.

Dr. Daining started serving at Alger Pediatrics in 1982.  He is a graduate of Calvin College and the University of Michigan Medical School.  He completed his Pediatric residency at the University of Michigan.  Dr. Daining is board certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  He is a full clinical professor at Michigan State Medical School and is involved in instructing medical students and residents.  He is on staff at DeVos Children's Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital.  He is a volunteer at Baxter Community Health Clinic and is an active member at Neland Ave. Church.  His hobbies include reading, golf, hiking and photography (see his website at www.panoramicparalysis.com).  Dr. Daining is married to Jan, and they have four beloved children and five wonderful grandchildren.
